Job Description:
- Reporting to and guide by Regional Finance Manager and Finance Director based in Singapore
- Handles the day-to-day finance, accounting and payroll function of the Company
- Handles partial sets of accounts, AR, AP & GL, and support the RFM in the monthly closing
- Prepare monthly financial reports and ad-hoc reports as assigned by the RFM
- Verify timesheets and calculate payroll for contract staff using Excel and online system
- Execute statutory and regulatory filing for the Company where required, ie annual filing, tax filing, etc.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary and other professionals as required
- Ad-hoc and administrative finance-related task assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experiences
- Good with MS Excel and experience in MYOB and YonYou will be advantages
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded
- Tenure: Permanent
- Offered Salary: HK$18,000-23,000
