Job Description:

Job Duties:

• To be responsible for assisting Leisure Services Managers (LSMs) to plan, develop and implement Leisure Link System (LLS) enhancement projects;

• To assist LSMs to collect user requirements of improvement projects from parties concerned such as policy units in headquarters, district management and public users;

• To assist LSMs to collect and check all the information and documents provided by Information Technology Office and vendors for consideration of the Project Steering Committee (PSC) and Project Assurance Team (PAT);

• To assist LSMs to seek comment from district staff on the improvement project, to consult policy sections on implementation of the project and provide added value from users’ perspective in the planning stage;

• To be responsible for conducting User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for the enhancement projects, monitoring the results of the projects after implementation and report to seniors;

• To prepare logistics and attend the Working Group meetings for improvement projects in relation to LLS;

• To handle enquiries and complaints from public, investigate the cases, draft reply and answering enquiry;

• To collate urgent / ad hoc returns and statistics and to check booking status of facilities before resuming of LLS services as required: and

• To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Have a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent;

• Have Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;

• At least 2 years’ post-graduate working experience, preferably in government department or public bodies;

• Have good knowledge in common computer applications including MS Word and Excel;

• Preference will be given to candidates with 2 years IT project experience in government department or public bodies;

• Fluent Cantonese and good written Chinese and English
